At 4.6 stars across 126 reviews, Santa Barbara Elks Lodge #613 has earned its reputation the old-fashioned way: by actually showing up for people. The lodge sits on North Kellogg Avenue in Goleta, just west of the 101, and it has hosted everything from high school reunion dinners to full RV camping stays, complete with a camp host named Dave who regulars describe as having everything dialed in.

The dining events here are the real deal. When the lodge dressed up its hall for the San Marcos 1983 Reunion, guests raved about prime rib and chicken parmesan with roasted potatoes that, in their words, melted in their mouths. That kind of cooking and that kind of care is not accidental. It reflects an organization that takes its charitable mission seriously while still knowing how to throw a proper party.

Membership in Lodge #613 connects you to the national Elks network, one of America's oldest fraternal orders, while keeping the focus squarely local. Whether you are a lifelong Santa Barbaran or rolling through in an RV from Merced, you will find the same warm welcome at this address.

What We Offer

The lodge offers a range of amenities and programs that go well beyond a meeting room and a handshake. The RV park is a standout feature, with full hookups and an on-site camp host who helps guests navigate everything from tight spots to local recommendations. Travelers passing through the Santa Barbara corridor consistently call it a friendly, well-maintained stop.

On the events side, the lodge handles private banquets, milestone reunions, and community fundraisers in a hall that can be dressed up or kept casual depending on the occasion. Prime rib nights and themed dinners have become a draw for members and their guests alike. The kitchen crew takes pride in scratch cooking that feels more like a family gathering than a catered affair.

Membership programs support youth scholarships, veterans assistance, and local charitable giving through the national Elks Charitable Trust. New and prospective members can connect through the lodge's national contact portal to learn about dues, meeting schedules, and the initiation process.

"Santa Barbara Elks Lodge RV Dave the camp host is definitely the host with the most. He has everything dialed in and can help RV'rs with whatever they need. The site we were in was pretty tight but we made due. On a normal stay you can open your slide or your awning but not both. We had the unusual bonus of not having anyone on our awning side during our stay so we kept it open just enough, maybe half way. The Lodge and Lodge Grounds are impressive, on a flowing creek and lots of land to wander around and explore. Guessing its on maybe 3 or 4 acres? Inside they have a seriously awesome pool table room, 6 tables, the main bar which has lots of booths and dining tables and Harvey's bar behind the main. area. Very large parque dance floor in an oversized dining room. impressive entry with extensive oversized seating off the ritual room. also a full gym with showers and dressing rooms. This Lodge is a gem. Peace✌️ Fellow Elks."

"The Elks Lodge hosted San Marcos' 1983 Reunion. They dressed the place up and the food, ah the food! Fabulous!! Prime Rib and Chicken Parm, with roasted potatoes, and salad. The food melted in our mouths and the taste was amazing. They have a full bar. We danced the night away. Good DJ. The last time we had been to the Elks, we thought it had been a bit dated. Yet, that night, it was magical. The Elks Lodge is on Kellogg in Goleta, CA. There is plenty of free parking. This Elks seems to have lots of events that are open to the public. The Elks Lodge is a membership organization. I had a blast and was grateful to be a part of the festivities."

"We have been here twice now, my husband is a member of the Corona Elk's lodge and our daughter is now attending UCSB. We love that this is only a few miles away and has RV spots! This makes it so nice to be able to visit! The RV spots are power and water, there is a dump station. The lounge is beautiful and the hall is large! Everyone is very welcoming and we look forward to going back."

Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
